Let’s talk nightmares! My second daughter has been struggling with bad dreams for the last year or so. I don’t know what took me so long but I finally reached out to my oily babes to see if anyone knew of a solution and everyone unanimously told me Juniper Berry. I’ve been using this for the last two months now and I kid you not the only time she’s had nightmares since is when we went out of town and forgot to bring it. Someone explain that magic to me. Juniper Berry’s main constituent is alpha pinene which is a terpene. Terpenes are aroma emitting compounds that are made by every plant, flower, and even some insects. They promote relaxation, and stress-relief. Think major chilllllllll factor (marijuana contains terpenes). Anyywayysss I could fall down the science rabbit hole for days but I don’t always have to understand exactly how something works for me to know that it just does and in this instance seeing is believing 🙌🏻 10 drops juniper berry in a 10 ml roller, top with fractionated coconut oil 😴
